When a woman first starts out in the rotation diet they have to limit how many calories they have per day and can only have 600. The next four days after that they can have up to 900 and then maybe 1200 after the four days. After 21 days they’ll be able to have 1200 calories for three days then for four days they can actually have 1500 calories. Once this stage is completed women will be able to take almost like a vacation from their weight so it can stabilize but still keeping things on moderation. Men can also have 600 calories per day but by adding more grain and protein.
The rotation diet menu also varies depending on what kind of calorie plan you are on. If you can only eat 600 calories then for breakfast you should look into having one ounce of cereal that is fortified, 8 ounces of skim milk, and you can decide what 1/2 cup of fruit you want. Having 3/4 cup of yogurt, half of a banana, and one tablespoon of wheat germ is ideal for lunch. Dinner would have a bigger portion as you’d be having three ounces of poached or broiled fish, 1/2 cup of rice, one cup of broccoli plus a cup of tossed salad. The great news is with the salad you can eat as many vegetables on it as you want and for the dressing you should stick with one that doesn’t contain any calories in it.
